Asli BulbulAsli Bulbul came to NYC in 97 after graduating from MSU, the State Con- servatory in Istanbul. She met Pina Bausch at an audition at BAM and the following season worked with the Wuppertal Tanz Theater in a creation process. On her return joined BTJ/AZ dance company 2001-2011. She also recently collaborated with Jennifer Nugent on a duet which was part of DNAs Object- Object series. She is currently working with Martha Clarke on her last project, Angel Reapers. Rebecca Bone Rebecca Bone is an improviser in dance & in life & revels in moments of complete surrender when suddenly all possibility emerges. Since relocating to New York from Reno, NV, Rebecca has performed with M.E.L.D. Danceworks, Schmantze Theater, Bernier Dance, Topaz Arts, and in Harry Partchs Delusion of the Fury. She has also had the pleasure of collaborating with Rebecca Alaly & Gogo Vertigoat Dance and/or Performance & is thrilled to be currently working with Nu Dance Theater. Independently Rebecca is exploring her own solo movement improvisation & on occasion might be found practicing in outdoor public spaces. Raphaëlle Kessedjian Raphaëlle started her dance training at the Centre Chorégraphique Veronique Théry in France. After her high school diploma in art and literature, she moved to Paris to study at the Centre de Danse Rick Odums. Raphaëlle came to the Martha Graham school in New York in 2006 with a merit scholarship and danced for Graham II from september 2007 to august 2009. She is currently teaching at the Graham school for the Young Artist Program, and assists Marnie Thomas by setting the ballet Steps in the Street for the Peridance Ensemble. She also teaches pilates at the Sal's Anthony Movement Salon. Raphaëlle Kessedjian joined Nu Dance Theater in july 2008. Alessandra Larson Alessandra Larson is a New York-based freelance performer, producer and publicity manager. Originally from Maryland, she graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St.Louis with degrees in dance and psychology, and is currently pursuing a certificate in conflict resolution from Columbia University. She has danced with Aviva Geismar/Drastic Action, Debra Wanner, Matthew Westerby, Propel-her Dance Collective, Tennille Lambert/The Ugly Company, and Nu Dance Theater among others. Her other work has included producing Breaking Ground A Dance Charrette and The A.W.A.R.D. Show!; publicity for jill sigman/think dance and The Neta Dance Company; and dancing in a childrens show. Kyleigh Sackandy Kyleigh Sackandy is from Ellicott City, Maryland and now resides in Brooklyn, NY as a performer and dance teacher. She's a graduate of SUNY Purchase College- Conservatory of Dance and had the pleasure of working with many student choreographers as well as Natalie Desch and Sidra Bell. She has performed abroad in Nagoya, Japan, Burgos, Spain with Kazuko Hirabayashi, and in Montreal, Canada. In New York, she dances with Nu dance Theater, Sarah Oppenheim, and Indah Boyle. She is also a certified Pilates teacher. Kristina Skovby Kristina Skovby is a performance artist from Denmark and a former student of the Martha Graham School. She has been working with Human Kinetics Movement Arts, The Bambi Project, InOktober production, and Nu Dance Theater, and creates projects of her own as well as collaborate with artists of different media. Her own performance work has been presented at the LAB, Triskelion Arts Aldous Theater in Brooklyn, Gowanus Arts Building, The Brecht Forum, and Spinvox Street events in NYC and San Francisco.
