Nu Dance Theater is a space for people to create, collaborate, and give birth to unique moments of live experience. Playing and distorting perceptions of reality, Nu Dance Theater explores theatrical elements, using the body as a tool to express primal emotions. Always looking to broaden and enrich the use of dance, we are exploring and experimenting with environmental elements and others artistic means as partners in each creation.

Like in a dream, we enter into each piece, using imagery to work towards a condensation of disparate senses revealing hidden emotions and repressed histories. Nu Dance Theater works to create a poetic unity between the experience of life and its performance.
Trough this intimate recognition, people can use our work to find new ways of perceiving life, new paths to everyday freedom.
